Murphy Sanchez, PLLC is pleased to welcome Christopher A. Veara, Esq. to the firm as an Associate in our New Jersey office.

Christopher A. Veara was born and raised on Cape Cod in Massachusetts and presently resides in Marlton, NJ. A graduate of Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School (MA) in 1992, he went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University in 1999 and a Juris Doctorate from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2002.

Between the years of 2002 and 2016, Mr. Veara was an associate with a law firm in Dennis, Massachusetts where he litigated a wide range of cases in both state and federal courts including private contract disputes, criminal defense, personal injury claims, construction defects, divorces, custody disputes, restraining orders, landlord/tenant matters, probate of wills, boundary and land use disputes, easement and restrictive covenant enforcement, permitting, and zoning. Additionally, he managed municipal issues within the Office of Town Counsel for the Towns of Brewster and Truro, Massachusetts.

From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Veara practiced law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with a primary focus on personal injury insurance defense litigation with numerous successful jury trial verdicts.

During the years 2019 to 2025, Mr. Veara was the Senior Litigation Associate with a firm located in in Mashpee, MA.  Within that timeframe, Mr. Veara litigated a wide range of cases including private contract disputes, construction litigation, personal injury claims, landlord/tenant matters, land use including boundary disputes, easement and restrictive covenant enforcement, and condominium law. He managed all aspects of cases from inception to completion on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Superior, Probate, District, Housing, and Land Courts, including mediations, arbitrations, and multiple jury and jury waived trials, with additional appellate appearances in the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court.

Mr. Veara is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.  He is also the proud father of a teenaged son and pre-teen daughter with whom he enjoys travelling to tropical locations, going to the beach, golfing, swimming, fishing, biking, and jogging.  Lastly, given his Massachusetts roots, he enjoys rooting for all the Boston and New England area sports franchises.
