Stephanie McCance, Esq.

Growing up in rural Scotland, Stephanie developed a strong ethic for working hard and helping others. She earned her law degree from the University of Aberdeen in 2014 where she practiced as a solicitor before moving to Western New York with her Rochester-native husband. She was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2020.

Now, Stephanie counsels and defends a variety of professionals, insurers, and other clients against personal injury and premises liability allegations. Her background in medical malpractice, keen eye for detail, and ability to think “outside the box” lends to her success. From global corporations to mom and pop shops, Stephanie is committed to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. She is involved in all aspects of the litigation process, from inception through trial, including settlement negotiations and mediation.

Never without a good book, Stephanie enjoys hiking and camping in the summer, supporting the Buffalo Bills in the winter, and attempting to finish one of her many ongoing craft projects while raising her family.
