Practice Summary

Mr. Bucher focuses his practice on subrogation and general casualty defense matters. Mr. Bucher was a student law clerk for the United States District Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bucher has been practicing law for more than 5 five years developing significant experience handling a variety of subrogation cases including workers’ compensation, property, auto, and environmental cases. Mr. Bucher concentrates his defense practice on property damages claims. Mr. Bucher understands the complexities involved in working with both carriers and their insureds, and seeks results that make the most sense for his clients.

Mr. Bucher resides in Philadelphia.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, hiking, running, cooking, and his family.
