Richard L. Elem has been practicing law since 2007.  He is admitted in both New York and New Jersey, including the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.  His experience mainly comprises subrogation of motor vehicle accident and property insurance claims, and defense of various matters.

Mr. Elem is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A., magna cum laude, 2003) and St. John’s University School of Law (2006).  In law school, he was a Senior Staff Member of the New York International Law Review.  He enjoys reading, trivia bowls, and word games.
