Practice Summary
A 2008 graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Justin is admitted to the State Bar of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is also a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association.
Prior to joining Murphy Sanchez, Justin has eight years of experience representing borrowers and lenders in securing loans insured by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), for the construction of new projects and the refinance of existing HUD-insured loans. Justin has extensive experience in drafting the notes, security instruments, and working with title companies, surveyors, and HUD attorneys in finalizing the documents necessary for obtaining financing for these projects.
Justin also joins the firm with four years of experience in insurance defense in the field of construction defect law. He has represented general contractors and subcontractors in complex construction litigation, helping defend the interests of these clients in litigation and arbitration.
A second-degree brown belt in Kenpo Karate, Justin enjoys bowling, competitive trivia, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, Golden State Warriors and San Jose Sharks.
