Before joining the firm, Mr. Ott represented national banks and debt buyers in creditor’s rights matters. He was responsible for handling contested litigation across Massachusetts and gained extensive experience defending claims involving consumer protection regulations. His background provides him with a strong understanding of litigation strategy and regulatory compliance, which he brings to his current subrogation practice.
Outside the office, Mr. Ott enjoys spending his weekends in New Hampshire and Cape Cod, appreciating the balance between professional dedication and personal downtime.
John holds a J.D. from New England Law | Boston and a B.A. in History from Salem State University. He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
