Practice Summary

Mr. Tartaglia is a founding partner of Murphy Sanchez in the firm’s New Jersey office. He has tried numerous cases in the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His experience over the years has focused on premises liability, truck and automobile litigation, construction litigation. He represents several Fortune 500 corporations in various industries including transportation, security, manufacturing, and amusement.

Mr. Tartaglia was an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University for 9 years teaching classes in the University’s Human Resources Training & Development Graduate Studies Program. He has lectured extensively at industry events.  He is a member of DRI, ATLA and the New Jersey State Bar Association.  

Mr. Tartaglia was born in Philadelphia and raised in Southern New Jersey which is where he continues to reside. He was an active participant in his town’s local athletic association and coached the various sports that his children participated in for years.  He is currently the President of his neighborhood’s Homeowners Association and is a Trustee for a local non-profit outdoor association.  

When not practicing law, he is an avid fan of all the professional Philadelphia sports teams with a unique connection to the Philadelphia Eagles that many might find interesting.  He also follows college sports and has a passion for the outdoors.  He enjoys spending time at the Jersey shore, traveling, history, reading, movies, documentaries, and enjoying time with friends and family.
