Benjamin Lawrence has more than a decade of experience advising clients on litigation and insurance subrogation matters. Ben’s nationwide subrogation practice covers a range of matters, with particular expertise in handling workers compensation and property loss cases for his clients. From pre-suit investigation through trial, he can assist clients through the complexities of all stages of recovering subrogation claims.

Ben brings a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and offers a collaborative style that allows varied interests and parties to come together toward effective case resolutions. His experience as a teacher prior to law school informs his high value for clear and concise communication. He approaches each case with a goal of proactively maximizing recoveries through effective and open communication with his clients.

Ben attends national subrogation conferences and has presented at the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Conference on the topic of workers’ compensation lien reduction statutes.

Ben is a native of Norristown, Pennsylvania. He enjoys rooting for Philadelphia sports teams and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
